The Pindari Group currently produces, under the oversight of a world renown oenologist, several red wines from the grapes of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, two distinct Rosẻ wines and a white Vermenitino.

The Group also produces very high grade olive oil and at present is entering the high end meat market in Beef, Lamb and Pork products. Grain and vegetable production will start on a large scale in 2010.
